How can I return or exchange my order?
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Register your return through your customer account or email info@twnqwear.com – we're happy to help.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
When will my order be delivered?
Within the Netherlands we aim to have your order delivered to you within 3 working days.
Outside the Netherlands this may take a little longer.
What are the shipping costs?
- Letterbox package: €4.95
- Larger packages: €6.45
For orders above €100 we do not charge shipping costs!
